• Managed data
center construction as acting VP,
overseeing construction site
superintendents, critical CSA-MEP
design-build submittals, estimating,
scheduling, vendor invoices, and
guiding EPC self-perform construction
crews with a focus on safety, quality,
and commissioning and qualification.
• Led an
international team of 40,
collaborating with 16 client
workstream leads in delivering an
integrated ERP-MES-EBR-OT-AI-OEE
software solution for pharmaceutical
and biotechnology manufacturing across
12 cGMP sites, demonstrating effective
strategic project management,
cross-functional team leadership,
organizational change management, and
operational excellence. The
integration of AI and OEE resulted in
an increase in production uptime of
18%, through real-time predictive
analytics and signaling pre-emptive
corrective actions.
• Implemented
on-site medium voltage microgrid power
solutions using solar, fuel cells,
turbines, gas generators, and
batteries for client facilities, which
resulted in an increase in production
uptime of 8%.
• Directed upstream
and downstream processing expansion
for cGMP biotechnology and
pharmaceutical manufacturing,
converting brownfield space into clean
rooms, managing installation,
validation, and commissioning and
qualification of unit operations and
utilities.
• Managed EPC vendor
relationships, permitting, safety,
critical submittal reviews, vendor
invoices, site construction, overall
spend, validation, commissioning, and
facility turnover to manufacturing.
• Developed
P&ID, equipment layout, control
panel design-build, and programmed
Controllogix PLC and FactoryTalk View
HMI’s for 24/7 aseptic sterile
manufacturing across food, beverage,
and life sciences, including system
sterilization, filling, CIP, and
secondary packaging, integrating MES,
ERP, CMMS, LIMS and OEE interfaces.
• Designed Six Sigma
Aerospace, Automotive, and Medical
Device automatic robotic assembly and
test machines, resulting in over 50
million devices being produced and
sold.
